Purpose: This paper will appraise the student’s knowledge and comprehension of ethical issues within the context of cyber technology,
evaluate the student’s ability for critical thinking, and measure the result within written context.

1. Your completed paper must be around TEN to 15 typed pages (generally, 8-12 pages), double spaced, 12-point Times New Roman
font, with 1-inch margins all around. Cover page, Reference and Table of Contents are NOT counted towards the total number of
pages.
2. The paper must be saved as a WORD document (doc or docx file). If you are using software other than MS WORD (e.g. Open
Office), you may want to save your work in both WORD and PDF format and submit both copies in Blackboard to make sure that
the files can be accessed successfully.
3. The paper must be submitted in a cohesive and organized fashion. a. Cover page – Present paper topic/title, subject area, your name, data of submission, course section, semester, and honor statement.
b. Put your paper into sections and use headings to indicate different sections of the paper.
c. Each page must have a running head containing an abbreviated version of paper title and your name.
d. Page Numbers must be presented at the bottom, centered.
e. Any graphs, charts, or other supportive information can be included and noted in the paper. Don’t forget to use citations when
including this information.
f. Use in-text citation whenever citing resources. If you are citing facts from the same reference in one paragraph, only ONE in-text
citation is needed.
g. A complete reference list in APA format must be presented at the end
