Questions
1.) Early theorist Fredrich Nietzsche (1844-1900) had several thoughts that connected to Marx work. Both believe that people are impacted by what happens to them. These situations are outside of their control. “Nietzsche sees the full development of the individual conditioned by the most ruthless struggle of individuals.” (Garner & Black Hawk Hancock, 2014, 128). This thought is like Marx’s view that “human beings make history but not in circumstances of their own choosing.” (Garner & Black Hawk Hancock, 2014, p.8). “Nietzsche was like Marx because they were both born into strong religious families. Nietzsche’s family consist of pastors, while Marx’s parents were Jewish but converted to Christianity.” (Garner & Black Hawk Hancock, 2014, p. 21-35). Nietzsche academic record was strong as a young age, likewise Marx was an excellent student in school. (Garner & Black Hawk Hancock, 2014, p. 21-35).
2.) Marx believed that free trade was essential for the economy, and it was part of the issues he was advocating for.
Are you sure about this? Who  benefited from free trade?
3.) The first element that links Immanuel Kant and Karl Marx is the enlightenment period. When it comes to their viewpoints, Immanuel Kant and Karl Marx have overlapped concepts. Kant felt that if one is free, one can achieve enlightenment and control one’s own destiny. In Kants, “What is Enlightenment?” it states, the public use of a man’s reason must be free at all times, and this alone can bring enlightenment among men (Garner & Hanock, pg. 20). While Marx’s reasoning is based on Kant’s conception of enlightenment, he claims that peasants will never achieve freedom or enlightenment since they are bound by their work. Another element that connects Marx and Kant is capitalist exploitation. According to (Wood, 2017) Marx holds that capitalism is exploitative, but not unjust. Kant developed a theory of right that explains why people are treated unfairly when the social structure denies them the freedom they deserve (Wood, 2017).
