This project aims to analyze different fruits and vegetables for their nitrogen content. The samples are generally delivered to the lab where we process and analyze them. The goal of the project is to determine how much nitrogen is removed from fields at harvest. The results of this project will be used by growers throughout Central Valley to comply with water quality regulation.
For the write-up, I want you to provide a description of the whole research activities(Abstract, method, data). You would have to do a writeup on your findings ( including any relevant data analysis) as well as how your activities connect to the water quality management and policy mentioned(no less than 1 and a half page), including a discussion of the relevant regulations and how your activities or the project’s findings can support compliance with those regulations.

The first report was a literature review using data from around the world. Much of the information in this report is not specific to California. Our goal now is to get values that are more representative of cropping systems in the Central Valley.
