Adverse

life transitions, constitute significant challenges to individuals’ mental
health and well-being. The experience of such events often disrupts
individuals’ sense of security, stability, and psychological equilibrium,

quality of life. Despite the ubiquity of adversity, individuals vary in their

a myriad of psychosocial factors that shape individuals’ coping strategies and
overall well-being. Understanding the psychosocial factors that contribute to
