This may mean that diversity in the workplace has to be managed. Describe a couple of diversity management strategies mentioned in the book. In your view, what are likely to be the major components of a diversity management strategy or program that is successful?
4. Provide an assessment of your (current or past) workplace based on Goffee & Jones ideas six virtues of the “best workplaces on earth”. Make sure each one of the virtues is presented with detail.
