This capstone project provides an opportunity to apply your BA knowledge in a real-world setting. Each week, you will deliver a different component. Please note that page numbers refer to minimums. In one or more of the deliverables, you likely will exceed the stated minimum. You are encouraged to take each week seriously and not wait until the end. Your work will suffer if you do.
Week 5 – Deliverable 5 – Present your entire work (7-10 pages). Be sure to incorporate professor feedback.
Ensure all instructions have been followed and all assignment components are included.
Write a 7-10 page paper describing the problem that you are planning to address as the topic of your Capstone Project.
Be sure to include the following:
Fully respond to all assignment components described in each weekly deliverable.
The final submission is to be submitted in full APA, this includes, but not limited to, Title page, citations, references, Abstract, introduction, and conclusion. You must submit through Turnitin. You must write in third person only.
Please use APA level headings to incorporate the following template into your submission. You need a minimum of two heading levels within the paper. NOTE: Abstract, Table of Contents, List of Tables, and List of Figures, References, and Appendices are all to start on their own page. And do not count in the 7-10 page minimum. Introduction starts the text of the paper.

Literature Review
Discuss the research you included within your paper.
Discuss credibility of your research sources.
You are strongly encouraged to use primary documents and scholarly peer-reviewed sources available through the online library databases.
For example, if you are discussing employee engagement issues, you could research the databases to locate peer reviewed sources.
Additionally, you could research company web pages to locate primary sources such as employee manuals, financial documents, etc.
The key, of course, is to locate sources that align with the problem you identified. You want to analyze these sources to assist in problem resolution and solution development.
Please note that your final submission should contain at least:
4-6 scholarly sources
3-4 primary sources
7-10 credible sources overall. (be sure to avoid non-credible and biased sources such as Huffington, Wikipedia, etc.)
Findings
Synopsis of research
Critical Analysis of available research.
Identify problems you identified through your analysis. Develop credible and well-supported recommendations for how each company could improve.
Conclusion
References
Appendices, if any.
All written assignments should be formatted using APA.
