During the journey of this course, we spent a good deal of time focused on leadership. The assignment is broken into two parts. Part One is addressing the first four questions directed at leadership.In Part Two of the paper during the course, you will address several assignments you’ve completed: (a) reflections, (b) personality profile, (c) GAP analysis, and (d) leadership maxims.
Address the following questions in Part One of your paper:
How do you define leadership?
Why are you excited about being a leader?
What are your key values?
What will be your expectations for your team?
In Part Two you will address several assignments you have completed: (a) reflections, (b) personality profile, (c) GAP analysis, and (d) leadership maxims. Describe how each of these assignments will assist you in developing your leadership skills.
The paper should comply with APA format and be between four and six pages, excluding cover and reference pages.
Personality Profile information
I believe that the self perception of the personality profile does fit me. In self development I am very nurturing, preemployment I do identify the candidates strength when I perform interviews, and in business use I do a great job in managing and managing conflicts to bring forth a satisfactory result . As I shared with peers and family their reactions were quite the same as mines this suits me very well. My profile also identified that I am 25% extrovert, 22% intuitive, 3% feelings and 56% judging. It states I have moderate preference of extra version over introversion, a slight preference of intuition over sensing, a marginal or no preference of feelings over thinking and a moderate preference of judging over perceiving.
