For this class I’m to take a business standpoint when completing assignments so since my major is welding I choose to take the standpoint of a welding business owner. No outside resources are needed because all you have to do is look at the pages of the book I will upload and complete the assignment according to their directions of the instructions of the professor.
Instructions: Focus on Page 266 – Sample Letter
Review the required letter elements on page 266. Pages 265 and 267 explain the content of each part of the letter. This would be great review.
Requirement: Use the letterhead for your company that you created in Week 1.
Signature Block (see page 266) – Create a signature by using a different font. These are suggestions, but you may use any of these. The key is that you have to change the size of the font so that the signature resembles a signature and is readable.

Focus of the Letter Content
You are writing a company that is the same as yours, but it is in a different city. A different city does not put him in competition with you.
You know who this person is, but you are not personal friends.
In the employees’ meeting you had last week, employees expressed concerns about safety issues in the work place.
You have resolved some of them: repaved the parking area, and installed high-pressure sodium-vapor lights. You may include these examples to demonstrate your sincerity for employee welfare.
You identify only two (2) more and different concerns of your employees’ major concerns.
Inquire if the owner has encountered these safety issues and were there solutions to resolve the concerns.
To get ideas, consider where you are working or have worked or where you have visited. Consider what other friends or relatives have told you. You do not name these places. Just consider the actual working environment.
Remember these are concerns from your employees from a time when the company was owned by someone else. Do not blame the other person; just acknowledge you are concerned with employee safety.
