This is Chapter 1 of a dissertation. I’d like you to please cite everything in Chapter 1 with a source and no personal opinions. I have included an outline and a previous paper to help with writing. There should be no direct quotes. The grader does not like a lot of fluff
Introduction
Statement of the Problem: Provide a concise introduction to the problem you aim to address in your research. Explain why this study is necessary and the contribution it will make to theory or addressing the problem.
Theoretical or Conceptual Framework: Briefly summarize the theory or conceptual framework that underlies your research. Discuss relevant studies that inform your research. Ensure that you provide a narrative that shows the logical connections among key elements of the theory, constructs, and the phenomenon of interest.
Statement of Purpose: This section should be distinct, direct, and explicitly state what your study is about. It should describe what your study aims to discover or accomplish, and how it aligns with the theoretical framework.
Research Questions: Pose at least three specific research questions that are succinct statements of the broad implications expected from your study. Depending on your research paradigm, you may also include hypotheses if applicable.
Significance of the Study: Justify your study by referring to established theory, prior research, and the significance of the anticipated results to both practitioners and scholars. Explain why your study is important in the broader context.
