Watch 2 entire episodes of the
show “The Office” (you can stream them from various sites).
2)
First, introduce the shows. Identify
specifically which clips you watched and then briefly summarize each video
separately.

In the body of the paper, compare
or contrast how the 2 episodes fit together – outline similarities and
differences. Interpret the significance of the subject matter in your opinion to
today’s business environment.
4)
Identify the ethical
implications with direct connections from the course material in the paper. There
are many issues such as time theft, appropriate workplace behavior, downsizing,
accountability, gender/race/ethnicity/equality, etc.
5) As you write, where do the following
terms from the textbook glossary relate to these Office episodes – underline
them as you use them:

affirmative action, character, categorical imperative, code of conduct,
conflict of interest, diversity, duty of care, ethical decision-making process,

your perception of how these episodes would fit into today’s Business

Some things to consider when writing:
Who do the problems belong to? What should have been done
instead? What were some of the other options that might be more
appropriate? Discuss your solutions based on terminology from the
textbook – how do the situations apply to the chapter readings?
Also identify:
Is the action(s) illegal? What standards would the scenario
violate? Who else is affected by this? How could the behavior be
reframed? What did the character do “right” that is positive?
What did the character do “wrong” and is negative?
What could characters have done differently to make it
“okay”? How?
