Purpose: The purpose of this option is to learn about a leadership topic and present your key
takeaways in a presentation. The presentation will be a 10-minute narrated PowerPoint uploaded

Requirements:
1) Find a YouTube or podcast about a leadership topic(s) you are interested in. The media
length must be at least 75 minutes. You may watch several different ones on topics that are
related to each other and that add up to this time amount.

2) Listen to the presentation and record notes of what you learned. In your notes, make sure
you list the podcast or YouTube name and the time of each.
3) Create a narrated ten-minute PowerPoint which informs the listener (me) of what you
learned and how it ties to the textbook. Why is this information important? What can others
learn from it? How will this information build your leadership “toolkit”? Organize your
presentation by topic, not necessarily by the podcast or YouTube video.
4) Upload your notes and narrated PowerPoint (10-minutes) into D2L under the final
