The purpose of this discussion is to identify opportunities for professional growth by evaluating your capabilities against the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) competencies for nurse leaders and examining the importance of personal well-being as a nurse leader.

Reflect on your readings this week and address the following:
As you reflect on your current practice, determine which AONL competencies you see as your greatest opportunity for growth and which you see as your greatest strength.
Propose how you will use the dimensions of personal health to balance your well-being and future growth as a nurse leader.
