(You can mention how I had things going on at the time I took my first TEAS test (nursing school state exam) I had a 69% which was not impressive. I took a long break and make sure to perform exceptionally on my next try. I took my second try last month and got a 94%. I am very proud of myself for not letting the first score break me down.
