Write an eight paragraph paper about your experiences in working with or in a vi

Write an eight paragraph paper about your experiences in working with or in a virtual group. At minimum, each paragraph must contain four sentences and no more than six. You may use the experiences you gained from working in the group projects in this class. Your paper must address at least two challenges you experienced or two conflicts that arose. Do not discuss both. You must also narrate  two ways in which challenges or conflicts were resolved. Also discuss two lessons you learned. If there were no conflicts, imagine how you may have dealt with those given the information you have now amassed in this class.
In addition, you must cite two studies that have been published about working in virtual groups.  The sources you cite must be scholarly/peer-reviewed/academic. In other words, you must not refer to newspaper articles, television shows/news, films, blog posts, online discussions etc. A newspaper article remains a newspaper article even if you sourced it via the library. Consider citing these studies in the paragraphs were discuss either challenges/conflicts or how challenges/conflicts were resolved, or the lessons learned.
Consider this structure and when citing use MLA.
Introduction – creative hook (sentence one). Explain your hook (sentence two and three). What is your paper about? (two sentences).
Body Paragraph One: One challenge/conflict (four to six sentences). Narrate and cite one research study.
Body paragraph Two: One challenge/conflict (four to six sentences).
Body paragraph Three: One way the challenge/conflict was resolved (four to six sentences). Narrate and cite one research study.
Body Paragraph Four: One way the challenge/conflict was resolved (four to six sentences).
Body Paragraph Five: One lesson learned from working in a group (four to six sentences). Narrate and cite one research study.
Body Paragraph Six: One lesson learned from working in a group (four to six sentences). Narrate and cite one research study.
Conclusion: Restate key points. Leave the reader with memorable information. Mic drop moment. (four to six sentences).
Works cited page – use MLA formatting.
In the paper, when citing use MLA and follow the sandwich approach. Introduce a quote. Write the quote and explain the quote. Never leave a quote hanging and never end a sentence with a quote. In the sentence that follows the quote, try beginning with these words “This means…” This is necessary to integrate your research your own arguments/writing.
