For this assignment, please select an organization and interview a leader to analyze it using what
you have learned about the Symbolic frame from Bolman and Deal as our additional readings.
You are to write a four-page paper using the template provided in order to:
1. describe the interview participant and organization,
2. describe the key concepts associated with the frame,
3. describe your interviewee’s perspectives on the concepts and the degree to which
they implement the recommended practices, and
4. provide specific, actionable, evidence-based recommendations on ways they can do
to improve their practice based on the discrepancy between what they are currently
doing (as described in number 3 above) and what the research literature suggests is
most effective (as described in number 2 above).
