Hi Suda, Thanks for submitting the first draft of your researched report and PPT

Hi Suda, Thanks for submitting the first draft of your researched report and PPT presentation on workplace ergonomics.
As usual, this assignment requires two drafts, and the comments below provide recommendations to use as you revise.  The file titled “WA#3executive summary” was reviewed as it seemed more complete than the other word document.
A transmittal message is missing. The transmittal message for a report simply conveys that you’re following up on the proposal to deliver the report, very briefly summarizes the report, and offers to answer questions.   See the sample report for one model of a transmittal message. This should not exceed one page.
The Executive Summary would be improved by adding paragraph breaks and even subheadings.  I would also recommend providing a greater sense of the report findings.  (An executive summary doesn’t preview a report; it actually summarizes the report’s key findings and recommendations for executives who may read only the executive summary. This should be around 3/4 to one page for the length of our report.)
I’d recommend adding a heading for Introduction and then left aligning the subheadings for Objective and Methodology so that these sections become subsections within introduction.  The opening paragraph of the introduction should provide the organizational context of the report—or the problem at the company that prompted the writing of the report.  I’d also encourage defining ergonomics briefly as a parenthetical at its first reference or in a sentence after its first reference.
The Problem section would be strengthened with the addition of subheadings to divide the section.  Remember, too, that you should relate research to your organization.  While the literature review simply explores the research, the report takes the research further and applies or relates it to the organization.  For instance, you might discuss turnover rates at your organization, discuss or show examples of inadequate chairs or work arrangements, etc.
Parts of the report would be strengthened with additional research, including Organizational Training in Proposed Solutions and Productivity and Cost-Benefits in Benefits.
The Recommendations section could likely be shortened.  You do want to include your key points for action, but this can be a very short summary or even a list.  Your main points should be explored earlier in the report.  For instance, your point on ergonomic training programs should be explored fully in the Proposed Solutions section.  In Recommendations, you can simply provide a few sentences summarizing the recommendation.  Generally, Recommendations will appear after the Conclusion.  While the conclusion is a simple summary, recommendations are action items, so a report usually ends with that section.
I encourage single spacing the report.  Some of our examples include reports that are 1.5 or double spaced, so you won’t lose points on this issue, but single spacing is much more common in the business world.
PS. I have attached an example of one of my classmate execute summer it should look something like that.
