the list of student profiles for your selected education level,
specifically looking for a variety of needs.
Select
3 different students with varying needs to be the focus students of your
instructional plan.
Analyze
your focus students’ information in the Math Results Spreadsheet and the
Reading Results Spreadsheet.
Locate a detailed lesson plan in the
content area of your choice that aligns with the students’ grade level.
You may use a lesson plan you created (if it aligns to the grade level)
or one that you found on the internet.
Complete the Targeted Instructional Plan Template. Follow the
instructions in the template to create differentiated instruction for your
selected lesson plan that meets the needs of your 3 focus students based on
their assessment data and needs analysis.
