Please write a personal bio about me and my hobbies as professions that I have built on through personal experience, studies, certifications and more. My techniques are all from a healing perspective which I believe is a never ending process through this journey, so my focus is more on positive transformation through learning from traumatic events and life in general. Understanding the spirit as a separate entity from the body and the mind, and the breath is the connection cord that brings the spirit into the body with the mind and has these experiences from an individual infinite divine presence that is you, the you that is everything and that god created and formed and brought to life , this human experience is a functioning one because of our breath alone. It’s the on and off button that brings the spirit into the human body that operates in the mind that has generated and evolved into a particular program based on the experiences that we have and the definitions we place on ourselves and situations, when in truth, it’s all just an unraveling process and experience and we must learn to let things go and feel the emotions that naturally occur without getting stuck and reliving traumatic events, the breath is our life force and it can release these trapped memories and feelings from within the body as long as your intention is aligned with your spirit and your spirit is connected with God our creator.
