This is a summative assignment, meaning it requires you to consider all the material, concepts, examples and case studies covered in this course. The purpose of this assignment is to test your ability to analyze a business situation (see case study below) using the facts that are readily available, to identify the decision problem, and recommend a feasible and reasonable solution to the decision problem. This assignment requires you to create and use a decision matrix, and to persuasively communicate your recommended course of action.
This is a group assignment, and all students are expected to contribute equally to the effort and quality of work.
The instructor will form the groups at the start of the course, and the group structure will remain unchanged unless changes are approved by the instructor.

Using each of the 7 steps in the decision-making methodology, write a report for the case study based on your analysis.
See sample solutions in Modules 3 and 4 for examples. Follow the instructions below for the format of the report – not following the format will lead to loss of points.
Hint – here are some questions you could consider while identifying your decision criteria – the list below is not prioritized in any order and is not exhaustive.
You are expected to use at least 5-6 specific criteria and prioritize them.
