be utilizing the community assessment you did in Community Health I. You will
write a 1500-2000 word paper discussing the aspects of a health concern not
being addressed despite the efforts of services and partnerships involved and
describe the ultimate outcome(s) or goal(s) from Healthy People 2030 relating
to that specific health concern. Answer the following questions to assist in
data interpretation from your community assessment. You will be using the data
gathered (governmental sources) and the data generated (data collected from the
windshield survey, interviews, observations, etc.) to answer the questions. Support your ideas with at least three (3)
sources in your essay. Make sure to reference the citations using the APA
writing style for the essay. Answer the following questions to assist in data

Discuss aspects of a health concern not being

relating to that specific health concern. Think about your
assessment from N492…what did your findings show related to services that
are provided yet problems on certain topics still being an issue? This can
be a few that you have noticed and learned about but should include your
topic of choice. The Healthy People 2030 goals should be related to
your specific topic and is required in this section for full credit – you
must find goals from Healthy People 2030 and discuss (don’t forget to cite
and reference the source).
o The chosen topic is CPR education, a life-saving technique used
when someone’s heartbeat or breathing has stopped. Immediate CPR can double or
triple the survival chances after cardiac arrest (American Heart Association
[AHA], n.d). Cathedral City, with its diverse and active population, needs
widespread CPR knowledge to ensure effective emergency response. By providing
CPR education, we equip residents with essential skills to act swiftly,
enhancing the community’s overall safety and well-being.
