Go to www.congress.gov to determine if there is a law addressing the event. If there is a law, describe the law and discuss the significance of the law as it relates to the event. If you have searched congress.gov and believe there is no law addressing the event, explain your search and conclusion;
Discuss any stakeholders that may be impacted by this event; explain how they are involved or impacted
Discuss any ethical outcomes you perceive relating to this event using one or two workable ethical theories introduced by Quinn; if you do not perceive any ethical outcomes relating to this event then discuss your views regarding no ethical outcomes.
