There is another planning exercise that opens in week 3 so plan your time accordingly. to complete both of them.

Instructions for completing the worksheet
Scenario
Please review scenario 5. (pp. 91-92 in the course text; second edition) in the Questions/Exercises section following Chapter 5 of the course text. See the link at the bottom of this link for a PDF of the scenario from the second edition.
Then answer the questions below according to each topic’s specific instructions only from the perspective of the executive director of the non-profit organization.
Given that you are the executive director, you’re planning now to negotiate with the Gantry Town Mayor using the scenario provided on pp. 91-92.
