procedures in identifying a health care quality indicator and come up with proposed strategies in
improving specific related patient outcomes. This could be a QI project that you are currently
planning or performing in your practice area, if none identify a QI Project of your choice to
address the paper or ppt. per rubric. Refer to NDNQI information on page 221 in the Yoder-Wise
reading material provided for more information and understanding to complete this assignment.
