The assignment I would like you to complete is called Research Paper Assignment. This paper is for a course called Parent-Child Relations. My professor wants us to develop critical thinking, research, and writing skills, so we have been asked to research and write a paper about an issue related to parent-child relationships. The issue/topic I selected needed to be related to the themes, challenges, joys etc. that emerged in the my first course assignment, called the Parent Interview. I will attach a PDF file of my Parent Interview for you titled “Parent Interview” to refer back to but the issue/topic I would like you to research and write about is the Impact of Divorce on Parent-Child Relationships. This theme was discussed in my interview and I feel it is a good issue/topic to research. I will also be attaching the instructions and rubric to this Research Paper I am asking you to write titled “Research Paper Assignment Instructions.” The last document I will be attaching is the issue/topic I have selected and the ideas I would like you to incoorperate along with what is expected in the assignment instructions, this document will be titled “Chosen Issue-Topic.” When writing this paper please keep in mind that while I am a college student I want the writing to sound like me, I dont want too overly technical or advanced wording used that would sound like its not me writing it.
