The Research Proposal and thesis
do not need to be too complicated or high-level, but it should be well-composed
and of good overall quality.
To avoid deviations in
writing style, it will be most effective to work together through all the
stages, from topic submission to the final thesis.
1.Topic Submission
Section 1 – Research Topics
3 research topics are required for submission. After that, the
university will approve 1 topic from the 3 research topics to proceed with the Research Proposal.
1. Project Title (Full topic title)
2. Dataset Links (if any, provide online link, or
describe the collection method)
3. A brief description for a better understanding of
the research topics (150 – 200 words)
Section 2 – Literature Review
1. For each of the 3
research topics, a minimum of 5 reference papers is required, resulting in a
total of at least 15 reference papers.
2. Dataset Links (if any, provide online link)
For the topic
submission, both Section 1 and Section 2 need to be completed. The
deadline for the topic Submission is June 23, 2024.
For 3 research topics,
the domain area is full stack development; relevance to the below topic
would be preferable.
For Frontend;
JavaScript, ES6 and DOM Manipulation, AJAX , Reactjs, HTML,
CSS and Bootstrap
For Backend;
Java, Spring core and Spring-boot, Data access layer
and service layer, Microservices, Controller layer, Exception handling and
application security and Communication between microservices and SQL and
relational databases
After receiving
approval for 1 topic from the university, the following are the subsequent steps along with their estimated completion times.
2.Research Proposal – 3.5 weeks
3. Mid thesis (Interim report) – 4 weeks
4. Final thesis & Video presentation – 5.5 weeks
