Graduates’ Perceived Differences Between College and Workplace and Review Hettich et al.’s (2015) (https://www.psichi.org/page/194EyeSum15eHettich.) section entitled “From College to Workplace: When Your Expectations Confront Reality.”
Choose 2-3 differences to which you feel confident in adapting. Choose 2-3 differences to which you feel you may struggle in adapting. Focus your response by explaining your related strengths or weaknesses or offer brief examples of related success or challenges.
2) Consider your career preparation process.
