This
assignment requires you to visit a human resource management
office/department and conduct an interview with a HRM professional in
that area. Based on the information gathered from the interview,
complete two components: a) paper and b) a video or narrated powerpoint presentation
to be posted on D2L. The purpose of doing a video presentation for the
organizational analysis paper is to create a learning community where
you can share and learn real-life experience from each other. Basically,
the presentation is to ask you discuss the paper you wrote. So it will
have the same content of the paper. There’s no time limit for the
presentation but it’s recommended not to exceed 5 minutes. The video
presentation can be done either in the video format or a narrated
powerpoint format. The video format is to record yourself and upload
this video to the discussion forum. The narrated powerpoint format is to
record your voice and create a few powerpoint slides (3-4 slides).
