You will complete a series of self-assessments over your time in the course. These assessments are in the
Self-Assessment Blackboard folder for each week. You should complete all self-assessments that are
linked. For Paper 1 there are 19 total assessments that are associated with concepts in chapters 1-4, and you
should select any 10 of those self-assessments to discuss in the first reflection-style paper.
For the papers, please describe your results (in your own words) and then explain: any surprising
and/or impactful insights from the assessment and how you intend to apply this self-knowledge to
improve yourself in your current and future career situations. You should also include introductory
and concluding sections in the paper that describe commonalities or conflicts in your findings.
