An argument based on a narrow (not all the rhetorical moves) and particular reading of a text (not the entire meaning of the text)
Use at least two secondary sources—a theoretical quote to help establish ethos in the intro—and at least one critical source specific to a reading of your text in a body paragraph
Half the 10% (for your overall grade) is a process-specific grade (thesis and two body paragraphs, aka the “First Draft”; complete draft with Intro and Revised Body Paragraphs, aka the “Second Draft;” Final Draft with MLA Works Cited
