Your answers should focus on major themes, including the importance of industrialization, race, gender, and class, on American history during this era that is widely known as “The Gilded Age.” Your response must make reference to each of the 4 required class materials for this week — the book chapter, the article on Gilded Age politics, the documentary PBS film, and the video lecture about women in the late 19th century.
