THE ROUGH DRAFT should be submitted by clicking on “Final Paper Rough Draft- Due Wednesday” above.
Note: THE ROUGH DRAFT IS DUE Wednesday of Week 3 and the FINAL PAPER IS DUE WEDNESDAY of WEEK 4, at 11:59 PM ET.

Write a five (5) page paper, not including the cover page or reference page in APA 7th edition format.

An introduction with a thesis statement
5 pages (double-spaced, APA font) of cited research in APA 7th edition format.
A conclusion with a summary of the paper highlighting the main points.
Reference page with a minimum of at least 2 references.

“The Leadership Challenges of Today”:
Prepare a paper that will seek to examine the varied traits and skills necessary to deal with these challenges. (Example: What makes a good leader, how different organizations are structured, and how behavior can best be understood). Try to examine leadership models in the workplace and take an unbiased approach to understand different leadership models. The body of the paper must be five pages.

It is true that charisma has no genetic link. Charisma is a characteristic that often leaves people in awe. Some seem to naturally possess it, yet many do not.
