Now it is time to showcase the results of your study in a brief PowerPoint presentation highlighting the key findings of your work and its relevance to the field of psychology.
Your PowerPoint presentation should introduce the research topic studied and present a basic background of past research in that area. Detail the research question studied and the specific hypothesis tested in your investigation. Present your results and any problems encountered while conducting your study or limitations to your results. Have fun with this project. It should be a creative and engaging presentation.
Requirements for your PowerPoint presentation:
Include the following in your PowerPoint presentation:
At least 7 – 10 PowerPoint slides
Include several pictures, tables, video links, or other graphics related to your topic
Attractive presentation
An introduction to your research topic
Explain research question studied and specific hypothesis tested
Results of your survey
Discussion of relevance and limitations of your investigation
Slides should be well organized, following a logical progression, each building on the other
Presentation should be creative and engaging
Must relate to field of psychology and have value to the class
Following the submission of your PowerPoint presentation, fellow classmates will have an opportunity to view your work and you theirs. This will provide an opportunity for an exchange of ideas and a chance to learn from the work of your fellow students.
