Perform a SWOT analysis specifically focused on the company′s supply chain. Evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that impact the efficiency of the supply chain. You may present your SWOT analysis in chart form. Cite all references in APA format.
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the selected company′s supply chain. Identify key components, stakeholders, and processes involved. Risk Identification:
Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the supply chain. This can include geopolitical, economic, environmental, and operational risks. Use historical data or real-world examples to support your analysis.
Assess the current resilience of the supply chain by considering the company′s ability to adapt to disruptions. Evaluate existing risk mitigation strategies and their effectiveness.
Suggest scenarios that could pose potential risks to the supply chain (e.g., natural disasters, geopolitical events, economic downturns).
