OFFERS; When an
advertisement offers a reward for information that might lead to the arrest of
a criminal or for the return of a lost article, it is regarded as a general
offer to the public at large. Acceptance of a public offer by anyone, as
indicated by the performance of the act, results in an enforceable
contract.

and the minor can disaffirm and if its with a buyer they can get the full
refund as well
4th article – AGREEMENTS IN VIOLATION OF STATUTES and the principles are

(2) usurious agreements; charging interest higher than the
law permits. Such usurious agreements are illegal and void
(3) unlicensed transactions.

Some agreements are unenforceable because they are contrary
to the interests of the public. Examples include agreements that
1- obstruct or pervert justice Among the kinds of agreements
that obstruct or pervert justice are the following: (1) an agreement to conceal
a crime or not to prosecute a criminal—such as a thief if he or she returns the
stolen property; (2) an agreement to encourage a lawsuit in which one or more
of the parties have no legitimate interest, called champerty; (3) an agreement
to give false testimony or to suppress evidence; (4) an agreement to bribe a
juror or a court official; and (5) an agreement to refrain from testifying as a
witness in a legal action.

interfere with public service Agreements that attempt to bribe or interfere
with public officials, obtain political preference in appointments to office,
pay an officer for signing a pardon, require one of the parties to the
agreement to break a law, or influence a lawmaking body for personal gain are
examples of agreements that are illegal because they interfere with public service.
Some very clever schemes have been used to influence public
officials. These may include giving “no-show” jobs to relatives of political
officials, making contributions to political campaigns, and offering
“vacations” as bribes. Public officials, and those who
attempt to influence them, are exposed and prosecuted every
year. Often these activities do not involve specific contracts but are,
nevertheless, illegal. An agreement to wrongfully use one’s influence is
illegal and unenforceable.
5th article-

1- AGREEMENTS

impossible to complete a house in 4 months!
2- Agreements by an executor or
administrator to pay the debts of a deceased person. An executor is someone who
is appointed in a will to take care of the deceased person’s estate. On the
other hand, an administrator is appointed by the court to fulfill the same
responsibilities when there is no will. Both the executor and administrator
have the legal power to handle the distribution of the deceased person’s
assets. In this role, they may make commitments to pay off the debts of the
deceased, but according to the Statute of Frauds, these promises must be
written down to be legally binding.
3- Agreements
to answer for the debts of another.
4- Agreements
to sell any interest in real property. contracts for selling real estate must
be in writing. This exception comes into play when there’s been some action
taken to fulfill an oral agreement, showing that a contract does indeed exist.
For instance, if a buyer has made major upgrades to the property, paid some or
all of the purchase price, or moved into the property, a court could decide
that these actions prove the contract is valid, even without a written
document.
5- Agreements to sell personal property for $500 or
more.
