Your project for this course is to create a transformational implementation plan for an area of an organization.
The organization must be part of the public sector.
You may use the organization you are employed in or another organization that you have information on.
Your plan should identify the issues that need to be transformed in the organization, the framework/model of the organization, the mission of the organization, your vision for the organization and the appropriate leadership styles and theories required to implement the change.
Additionally you should identify the goals, and the various components of the plan such as diversity management components, the managerial and leadership strategies required for plan implementation, necessary feedback mechanisms and if the framework of the organization will undergo a change what will the new framework become.
Use the attached Suggested Outline to create your Plan paper and ensure you include all the components needed. An Organization Transformational Leadership Implementation Plan STUDENT EXAMPLE is also attached for you to use as a guide in creating your on project. See also the attached Plan Guidelines to ensure you meet all requirements.

PART #1 Due 11 May 24:
Submit the name of the NONPROFIT OR PUBLIC SERVICE/ADMINISTRATION organization which you will write your Organizational Transformation Leadership Implementation Plan (O-TLIP). Include a short description of the organization (not to exceed one paragraph).
Part 2 Due 16 May 24: Organizational Transformation Leadership Implementation Plan Paper
Part 3 Due 18 May 24:
PowerPoint presentations with speaker notes should be between 8 and 12 slides with each slide containing remarks in the notes section of the slide. Review the attached rubric to ensure you meet all grading requirements for the O-TLIP PowerPoint Presentation along with the sample presentation attached.
