In this unit, you have been introduced to a second coherence framework, the Public Education Leadership Project (PELP) Coherence Framework. As we come to understand frameworks we can see them essentially as the relationship of important elements or parts of a key strategy. They are intended to enhance our thinking when making important decisions about objectives or significant ideas that relate to the strategy. Frameworks are often presented as graphic organizers intended to help make sense of important ideas or concepts. Please review your notes taken from your readings and assignments about both frameworks to this point.
Compare or contrast your thoughts as they are emerging about the PELP and Fullan Coherence Frameworks.
In what ways do you see them as connected or not connected, related or not related and in particular in addressing the work of Curriculum Design in schools today?
I’m a paraprofessional in a level 3 Autistic classroom my students are non verbal and verbal with behaviors issues we teach our students from the Aris curriculum and by the standards from the state of Missouri for students in Kindergarten to third grades
