Attached is part-2 of my academic research study. I have fully wrote the whole study and so you wont be doing a lot of writing. This research has already been reviewed and had some major edits done to it. However, there are a lot of missing citations, missing references, and in some ares, refreshing or updating needs to be done.
The research question is: “Is there an impact on the value of commercial properties near an airport. I want to clearly emphasize again that this is about “Commercial Property” and not residential property, or any other type of property. Commercial properties include, shopping malls, hospitals, retail shop, car dealership, etc. Becareful on the use of residential properties. You can use those references if necessary. But the core of your focus is on commercial properties.
I want you to go through the complete research (55 pages = 11,186 ) and make corrections afix problematic areas as pointed out by the reviewer. A LOT of what is missing is references and updating the bibliography.
The ones where is missing references, please find the right academic source that compliments that paragraph, and fill in the blanks accordingly. PLEASE turn on your tracker and TRACK your changes.
DO NOT USE ChatGPT or any other AI tools to do this project. My University has a software that can tell and track if the content was AI generated. You can use AI to locate academic sources and other insight information, but you CANNOT use it to write any portion of this study.
I will be checking all the references you added / fixed against the articles you selected it from. Please be thorough and accurate.
