A SWOT Analysis give us some insight both internally and externally!
Our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats need to be reviewed, updated, and considered often as part of strategy development and decision-making.
Capabilities could be a strength and/or weakness. Competition is most often a threat. Right now – labor shortage for most organization is a weakness and threat!
So do a deep dive on your company of choice. Check out the library and read professional journals and industry publications on your company and its industry.
