Your discussion will include context, or researched background information and the origins about the dish of your choice.
In addition, include personal interviews as well as research from people within the community in which this dish originates. Their interview will examine what makes the “authentic,” and what people consider”inauthentic.” (i.e. is it the ingredients? The way its prepared? The chef who makes it? The restaurant who serves it?)
Using empathic language, you will validate what about the individual’s points are reasonable and understandable.
Finally, based on personal experience, provide what your experiences with the dish and cultivate your “solution” to creating “authentic” dishes.
