I need help. I am working on a thesis paper. I need help getting it going.
I did a survey of employees using a standard tool (UWES-17) to measure their satisfaction with their job. I then asked them how happy they are with the internal communications.
I am doing a study to measure if there is any correlation between employee engagement (ie how happy are they with their work), and how happy they are with the internal communications they receive.
It does not look there is any correlation. And that is ok. I need to report this.
I need help witht he start of the paper, especially. The last two Chapters (Results and Discussion of Results) can only be done once I have all the data extracted. I am working on that now. That is about 8,000 words that can be done later once the data is collected.
However, can you please help me with the first three chapters?
I have a very VERY rough draft with ideas and some direct quotes from some sources.
Those chapters can be done without the data.
Below are the requirements. If this is something that you can work on, please let me know. If not, I will understand and can find another source to help.

• A 15,000 to 20,000-word dissertation.
• See notes on word count per section.
• The last two sections will be completed once the data has been extracted from the study.

Word Count:
The word count excludes preliminary pages (title, abstract, table of contents, acknowledgements, etc.), tables, figures, references, and appendices.
Details:
You must have entire thesis in ONE file of MS Word format in the following format:
• Title page.
• Declaration page.
• Table of Contents.
• Abstract (no longer than 300 words).
• A 15,000 to 20,000-word thesis, structured in a series of numbered chapters with the following or similar headings: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion.
• Reference list – including DOI links
• Appendices.
• The text should be:
i. 12 font
ii. Double spaced
v. Pages numbered consecutively.
