personal basis  on your understanding of the client’s experience.
Consider your experience
of writing this paper on assessment and intervention; you do not need to
answer these specifically. They are here to simply help guide what you might
speak to in this reflection:
How could my personal values be
skewing the information I am gathering?
What is the client’s
understanding of oppression and the role it plays in their life?
Has the intervention been shown
to be effective with marginalized groups?
What oppressive systems or
contexts make it difficult to carry out the intervention plan?
How well did I check my own
biases? Where did I struggle?
Does the intervention perpetuate
the inclusion of privileged groups or exclusion of oppressed groups? What
is the impact of power imbalances on intervention efficacy?
