Select a business that has done well during COVID-19–below are recommended businesses:

Research, analyze, and apply the concepts learned in this course and answer all of the questions below regarding the corporation. With this information, write a professional-looking paper. The same previous Case Study Analysis Grading Rubric for the previous analyses is the guideline for grading this Final Project. In summary, we are learning how to analyze common business cases in different environments and how to manage them strategically to maximize profits and minimize negative possibilities. The conclusion should provide your strategic alternatives, as in the Conclusion. We are learning how to manage strategically and will gain experience in real-world situations. Not only will the Appendix: Case Analysis found in the back of our book and our Course Resources have guidelines too. The paper is similar to composing a business proposal for executives to learn about the firm’s best opportunities and next steps toward them. The main purpose is to apply our textbook reading to provide strategic options, justifying our alternatives from research. This is only a written assignment–there is no PowerPoint presentation associated with this Case Study.
