Instructions
In order to meet SLO #1 for this course – Students, given a self-reflection report, will indicate that their study skills in nursing courses have improved. You will use your learning contract as the exemplar to determine whether you feel that your study skills have improved.
At the beginning of the course, you created a learning contract that included your goals for this semester and your plan to meet them.
Now, as we come to the end of the semester and this course, you will write a short reflection on whether or not your goals were met and the reasons for meeting them or not being able to meet them. You will also include a plan for success moving forward into the 3rd semester of the nursing program.
Guidelines
In any format you choose, evaluate your learning contract. Were your goals realistic? Did you meet them? Did your interventions help you to meet the goals? What would you have done differently?
What obstacles did you encounter during the semester and what strategies did you utilize to overcome them?
As you prepare for the third semester, think about a plan for success moving forward in the nursing program. Set personal learning goals and focus on what steps you will take over the summer to prepare. Include study/learning strategies you would like to use in 3rd semester.
