Hi, this is the prompt for the annotated bibliography. This was supposed to be worked on throughout the semester as we cover these materials and also requires to make connections from the articles to the course notes that week. I will attach the syllabus so that you have the course objectives and the reference to connect the articles to main objectives that were focused on in class.

Prompt: Annotated Bibliography

Throughout the semester, you will develop a series of annotations for each of the readings. This is an important way to develop a reference for use in course deliverables and help to think through what you are reading. Each annotation should include a discussion of the thesis statement, methods, results, theory, and conclusions. They should be thorough, but do not think that excess is necessary. Rather, be discerning about what you catalog, leaving yourself an explanation as to why you found it important to document a certain point. Each annotation should be around 2 to 3 paragraphs (roughly a page), including the reference done in American Sociological Association style. The full set of annotations will be turned in on the last day of class. There are 11 annotations in total, meaning each annotation is equal to approximately 9 points.

I will also attach an example entry I did for the first week, so you can start from week 2 and move on from there. There are supposed to be 11 entries total, one for each material (article) that was covered. Please try to connect the readings to major topics we covered.
