Additionally, outline the evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of your intervention (consider different evaluation methods: Formative, Process, Outcome, Summative, and Impact). 
Discuss the major determinants of health in a community setting. How do socioeconomic factors, cultural norms, and environmental influences impact a community’s nutritional behaviors and health outcomes? 
Describe strategies for assessing the nutritional needs and status of diverse populations within a community. How can cultural competence and sensitivity be integrated into developing and implementing nutrition interventions? 
Explain the concept of a program logic model and discuss its importance in program planning, implementation, and evaluation within the context of community nutrition. Using a scenario of your choice, create a program logic model to address a specific public health issue or nutrition intervention. Additionally, discuss the key components of a program logic model and how they contribute to understanding the effectiveness of a program.
Examine the impact of food insecurity on community health and nutrition outcomes. What are the underlying causes of food insecurity (FI), and how can community nutrition programs work to address its effects and promote food access and affordability? 
Critically evaluate research methods, and study designs commonly used in community nutrition (CN)research. What are the strengths and limitations of quantitative and qualitative approaches in assessing the effectiveness of community nutrition interventions? Provide examples of how CN research has contributed to the field. 
As a Dietitian *somewhere* (for example, in a school district or working with low-income pregnant women), you are concerned about the relationship between diet, exercise, and (the success rate of students or fetal health, etc). Develop a plan, based on the following items, which could be utilized to study this relationship.
