This group assignment will focus on an economic impact analysis for a new stadium being constructed. Groups will be provided economic and fiscal concepts at the macro and micro level, with examples. Use the resources provided and class concepts as an outline and then complete the paper based on their investigation.
By March 10, each group will submit an initial online response with their top-5 stadium projects to review. The stadium projects ARE REQUIRED to include: a) must involve public financing; b) must be under construction or planned. Any stadium recently completed, already built, or claims to be “100% privately financed” will not be considered for this project.

My part of the project for the stadium includes: Community/local analysis of local market, tax base, employment, resources, population, household income, spending patterns. Opening & projected. Be as in-depth as humanly possible. Explain your reasonings and all of that if you need to. Explain the “why” of the information you collect. Why do you think certain numbers are the way they are.

Look at various factors which could contribute to the “why” including environmental and other factors.
Since Indy Eleven doesn’t have a lot of information, you will want to look at a similar stadium (anothe rsoccer stadium in the state of Indiana) that has a similar complexion and do those financial calculations. Only do the part that I highlighted above.
