5) Environment (15 pts): Describe the physical environment in the city, town, community, or country. Then, indicate how the environment has impacted traditional street food creation and eating. For example, how does climate play a role or not? How about agriculture and farming? (1 slide + notes)
6) Culture (15 pts): What are the social characteristics that define food consumption and the culture of the community it is in? (1 slide + notes)
7) Environmental impact; negative or positive (15 pts): How did street food or food truck vendors impact their local communities in a sustainable or unsustainable way? Take one of the stands on the issue (1 slide + notes)
8) Comparison (15 pts): What are the similarities and differences in culture and cuisine between the many food trucks or street food vendors in this country and the rest of the world? (1 slide + note page)
9) Conclusion (20 pts): After examining each component separately, what can you say about the effects of geography, environment, history, culture, and trends that street foods have had upon food culture in the community of the country, city, town, the village you have selected? What do these characteristics say about the culture as a whole? How would you describe street food and culture in the area chosen? (1 or 2 slides + notes)
10) Learning (15 pts): This part is a type of self-reflection. What have you learned from this project? (1 slide + note page)
