The new manager for the male-dominated organization, Global Shipbuilders United, has assigned you as team lead for the Human Resources Department. The CEO has asked you to design an informative presentation that will be shown to all employees about bias and perception in the organization. This presentation aims to ensure that there are no intentional or unintentional biases occurring within the organization and to eliminate any negative perceptions visually, individually, and socially.
Prepare an informative slideshow presentation (PowerPoint, Presi, etc.) that makes a logical and well-reasoned description of how biases and perceptions can negatively impact an organization. Your presentation must include a title page, introduction, and reference page. Use and cite at least two sources which may be material in our textbook or additional sources from the internet, the LIRN, or other sources to which you have access. Be sure your presentation is in a format your instructor will be able to open. If you have questions, consult your instructor. Upload the presentation to the submission are on the main page.
Cite references to material that you use in preparing the presentation using the American Psychological Association (APA) style.
