This paper is about reforimg the policing and how policing make the minority people struggle. I linked a paper on how it should go to give you ideas. Your final assignment for this course will be to develop your own proposal for reform (or, if you think the system is perfect, you may defend it) by using class material and outside sources. The paper should include:
1) A description of current US policy and its effects
2) at least one anecdote (whether from your life, people you know, class readings or documentaries, or outside sources) based on people’s experience of this element of criminal justice.
3) at least one opposing perspective on reform
4) the strategy you support, and why it would be effective

You must cite AT LEAST five materials from outside the course. Of these, AT LEAST three must be scholarly sources—including books and peer-reviewed journals, but not newspaper articles or websites.
