Topic: Deviance, crime and race are often intertwined in sociological analysis. Pick a theory (functionalist, conflict, or symbolic interactionist) to analyze deviance and crime in America and discuss the relationship to race.
Be sure to identify at least one theory or theorist that is relevant to the topic in the paper.
